Directions to Lake Marina Apartments

I would like to take this opportunity to mention just a few things my spouse and I enjoy about the Marina property. This is out second tenure of residency here. We are aquainted with the current staff here and find them both friendly and professional. Each of the ladies in the rental office, Carrie, Patrice, and Katie have always seen to our needs promptly should the occaision arise. My visits the the office have always been pleasant. I moved to Marina about a year and a half ago from out of state to attend IUPUI and have to admit I was sceptical at first. I was immediately won over by the inviting office staff at move in and have had a pretty good experience throughout my stay. I have had a few issues with my neighbors, however the office took care of these issues pretty quickly. My heat went out a few days ago and the maintenance can out within 30 minutes of me calling. I would definitely recommend Marina if you are looking

It's a very nice neighborhood. It's a very quite and clean community. Been here a year and half and I am satisfied with this neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, respectful and they mind their business.

The office Staff and maintenance is awesome as far the attention to and upkeep of the apartments. It's kids and pet friendly. They're lots of things to do here for example; fishing, promotions, community events and etc.. It's a great place to live.

Lake Marina apartments are fantastic both inside and out. The floor plans are to die for, the amenities are amazing and luxurious, and the parking is ample. However the real appeal of this hidden gem is the people. I've never experienced a more polite, warm, and responsive team than I have here. Maintenance always responds quickly and the office staff always remembers your name. The best part of the experience is Britney. She's easily the nicest and most pleasant of the Lake Marina employees.

Me and my kids love our apartment at Lake Marina Apartments , it’s spacious and comfortable place to live. The staff r respectful and friendly as well as the maintenance. Which gives me a sense of peace which is an important factor to me.
