I moved to Marina about a year and a half ago from out of state to attend IUPUI and have to admit I was sceptical at first. I was immediately won over by the inviting office staff at move in and have had a pretty good experience throughout my stay. I have had a few issues with my neighbors, however the office took care of these issues pretty quickly. My heat went out a few days ago and the maintenance can out within 30 minutes of me calling. I would definitely recommend Marina if you are looking

The office Staff and maintenance is awesome as far the attention to and upkeep of the apartments. It's kids and pet friendly. They're lots of things to do here for example; fishing, promotions, community events and etc.. It's a great place to live.

Lake Marina apartments are fantastic both inside and out. The floor plans are to die for, the amenities are amazing and luxurious, and the parking is ample. However the real appeal of this hidden gem is the people. I've never experienced a more polite, warm, and responsive team than I have here. Maintenance always responds quickly and the office staff always remembers your name. The best part of the experience is Britney. She's easily the nicest and most pleasant of the Lake Marina employees.
